I’d say they run small. According to the sizing chart I am a large but I exchanged it for a medium. And for a tighter fit could get a small in the future. Once you figure that out they are great. I’ll slowly be changing my wardrobe over. For reference I am 5’2” and 145-150 pounds.

Love the compression these give. My only complaint is they are a little long, and I’m average/slightly taller than average. But do think they will hold up.
