I am 5’2 and around 120-130lbs and got size S. This is true to size. It fits very snug and does NOT ride up as I feel other biker shorts would! I do not have to be constantly pulling them down as I would with other brand shorts. If you want something that stays put and hugs your body with the most absolute comfort and letting you feel confident/assertive in your body. This is the one!

These are soooo nice. I was a little weary because I love the polyester/nylon workout clothes from the major yoga brands, so I didn't know how organic materials would feel. These are still so soft and they don't lose their shape and stay snug! They still have compression and they just seem like better quality overall because of the cotton! I'm slowly but surely swapping my plastic workout clothes for these sets. I'm in between M and L and I'm usually a Medium in all other brands, but I sized up to a L because these don't have as much stretch.
