I'm a 30DDD so finding a small band with enough support and coverage for a larger bust is hard but the small fits me perfectly with lots of support! It holds the girls in for walking and light activity but still too much bounce to use as a sports bra for higher impact. I use it as a tank or a bra but it's very compressive and flattening.
