I just needed something clean and simple for around the house, this is nice and well made, but it barely contains my C cups in the front. The band doesn't stay on my torso and more becomes part of the bra. I am fine with it for it's purpose but just FYI for the larger cups out there, I am usually a M in the t-shirt, got the XL and still have spillage some times of the month.
