The only con is I would prefer more nip coverage, but I will take this over removable liners, the bane of my athletic existence.
Otherwise, this set fits my A cups wonderfully without excess space (I would imagine larger breasts may have to size up). I am confortable doing my high intensity sculpt & flow classes or even running, and would also be comfortable and suitable for a recovery/yin yoga.

I am 5'8" and 125 lbs and pretty flat chested (34 in burst) haha I have a short torso and long legs. I was worried the band would be too tight but it is perfect. I own the sports bra but have it in a medium because I usually like the band loser and not tight but they used a thinner band so it works perfectly! I will be needing this in other colors hehe <3
