What is MATE’s return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items not marked Final Sale within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through our trusted partner, Global-e, via DHL Express.
