    It was giftwrapped — very cute. Havent seen the note I included for it yet but it hasn’t been given as a gift yet. We shall see

    I bought 2 of these for my mom, and she LOVES them. She has terribly sensitive skin, & can’t tolerate any plastic in the shoulder seams. She said when they arrived, they were “packaged beautifully” (double-boxed). I guess I’ll have to buy more, because she’s washing them immediately after wearing, so one will always be clean. Don’t overthink these. Just buy them!

How do I find my size?

Please refer to the size guide and fit notes on each product page for specific sizing recommendations. If you need additional help, email us at care@matethelabel.com and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding your ideal size.

What is MATE’s return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items not marked Final Sale within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped from our Southern California warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after processing.

For expedited shipping:

  • Next Day: $35
  • 2-Day: $25
  • 3-Day: $15


Expedited orders must be placed by 10:00 AM PST to ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will ship the following business day.

How often do you restock styles?

We do our best to work with our factories to restock products as quickly as possible. We aim to keep our core colors in stock year-round; new colors introduced each season are not guaranteed to be restocked.

As a sustainable brand with a small team, we focus on quality over quantity, and maintaining our ethical supply chain and material standards is our top priority.

To know when a product is back in stock, simply select your size and color on a product page and enter your email address to join the waitlist. We will email you as soon as it is restocked.
