What Our Customers Are Saying
FAQs
Have questions? Find answers to common customer concerns below.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If that’s not the case, please visit our returns portal to begin the process. Make sure to have your order number and shipping zip on hand. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on items that are not marked as final sale within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). Unless you are processing an exchange or store credit, $7.50 is deducted from your refund back to your CC for the cost of the return label.
What is Organic Cotton?
Organic Cotton uses 87% less water than conventionally grown cotton and emits 45% less greenhouse gasses. Conventional cotton is also notorious for using more pesticides than any other crop in the world. The use of these chemicals has led to the hospitalization of up to 1 million farmworkers every year.
What are low-impact dyes?
Low-impact dyes are known to be more eco-friendly as they do not use toxic chemicals. Also, they have a higher absorption rate, which means they require less water. Typical clothing manufacturing uses over 8,000 synthetic chemicals. Many of these chemicals are known to be carcinogenic and hazardous to our health.
