Joining our Clean Club is easy! Simply create an account here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you automatically get 25 Clean Points when you sign up. As a member, you’ll receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops.

If you currently have an account or email subscription with us, you’re automatically enrolled in our rewards program. All you need to do is sign in and start earning Clean Points!

All MATE customers are automatically opted in to our Clean Club program. You will begin earning points on any future purchases following the launch of our Clean Club program.

To exchange Clean Points for rewards, simply visit the Rewards Page to view your options and click the 'Redeem' button for your reward.

100 Clean Points convert to $10. 200 Clean Points convert to $20. 300 Clean Points convert to $30. And 400 Clean Points convert to $40. If you make your way up to our Clean Tier, you will receive Clean Points at a 1.25x multiplier. And if you reach our top Certified Tier, you will receive Clean Points at a 1.5x multiplier.

Nope! That’s the best part about being a Clean Club member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more Clean Points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The Clean Points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your Clean Club account.

If you return items, the Clean Points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

If you do not make a purchase or earn Clean Points for a period of 12 months, your points and rewards will reset to zero, and you’ll start back at our entry-level Conscious Tier.

Your tier is determined by the amount you spend within a year from your Clean Club sign-up date. When you enter a new tier, you will remain in that tier for one year from that day forward. It’s important to keep dressing clean and engaging with our community to maintain your status or move up a tier.

When your total Clean Points cross a tier threshold, you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.

You won’t receive Clean Points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. If you think there’s been an error with your Clean Points, please contact us at care@matethelabel.com and our Care Team will help look into it.

It can sometimes take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours for Clean Points to appear in your account. Here are a few troubleshooting tips:
- Refresh your browser
- Log out and then back in to your account
- Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account
If you still feel like your Clean Points balance is not accurate, please contact our Care Team at care@matethelabel.com and they will look into the issue for you. -
Be sure to add your birthday under the ‘Ways to Earn Clean Points’ section on the Rewards Page. Then, keep an eye out for a treat in your inbox when your big day rolls around. Keep in mind, your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. (If we feel someone is trying to take advantage of the rewards program, we reserve the right to close your account at our discretion.)

It takes at least 30 days for our system to register your birthday after you enter it on the Rewards Page. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. Please note: This delay is only applicable for your first year.
If you register your birthday through your rewards account after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until your birthday in the following year.
Remember, the number of Clean Points you get for your birthday reward is determined by the member tier you are part of on the date of your birthday.
If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact care@matethelabel.com and we will be happy to assist you. -
If you have reached the top Certified Tier of the Clean Club, your free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout—just make sure you're signed in! Please note: Free shipping applies only to domestic shipping within the U.S.

To use your rewards at checkout, look for the dropdown menu directly above your cart total to choose the amount you would like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button. If you are redirected to ShopPay, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Check out as guest.”
Keep in mind, if you want to use ShopPay and redeem your rewards, you must first visit MATE’s standard checkout page and select your reward from the dropdown menu. Then, select ShopPay as your payment method.
